1. If you need to return or exchange any product, you can email us at hello@nakheel.com.au within 30 days from purchase
2. The above is applicable on all products, except for our bedsheets, which come with a 60-days sleep guarantee.
3. Please do ensure that the product hasn’t been used or washed.
4. Kindly retain the original packing and invoice for any return or exchange.
5. We will arrange for a return and should you wish to replace we will send replaced item at no extra cost.
